Bouncy castle or soft play are a distraction  and interupt the flow of a party. Should you wish to incorporate these within the party  its recommended that you deflate/don't allow access until entertainer has finished.

The same with face painting children tend to stand in a line waiting for their turn whilst missing party games or activities

​

Please don't allow children access to food as this causes difficulty when children are playing games holding props and focusing. There is abreak 1 hour into the party

1. Parties are only confirmed once deposit of £99 has been paid

​

2. A booking confirmation shall be issued to the email address provided at checkout

​

3. Deposits are non refundable

​

4. In the case Superstar Kidz cancels your booking a full refund shall be issued

​

5.  Date/time amendments are possible subject to availability

1. Please ensure suitable parking is available for your entertainer for the full duration of setup, the party itself, and pack down  Entertainer transport heavy equipment and require safe unloading close to the venue

1a. Places not suitable to host a party are:

  • No on site parking

  • No lift if not on ground floor

  • Public fields
